Tracy Bomar-Howze

Tracy Bomar-Howze is the founder and owner of The Howze Law Firm, which she established in Rock Hill in 2018. She concentrates her practice in family law, bankruptcy, and estate planning, and she has spent her career representing families and individuals through some of the hardest decisions they will ever face. Clients work with Tracy directly, and she leads each matter with a focus on clear communication and practical results.

Tracy is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and Michigan, and she is admitted in the United States District Court and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Beyond her practice, she has taught legal courses at colleges and universities in the Charlotte region, sharing what she has learned in the courtroom with the next generation.

She stays active in the profession and the community. Tracy is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the Michigan Bar, and the South Carolina Women’s Lawyers Association, and she serves on the South Carolina Bar’s Law Related Education Committee. She is also a board member of Safe Passage, the local organization that supports survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Tracy has been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell with its Client Champion award, a recognition based on the quality and quantity of client reviews.
